Suprisingly good - as described
I have a pair of western boots I haven't used in a while. The insole was hard as rocks so I needed some added cushion. A traditional insole would have been too thick and the boots which are already snug would not have fitted. These are super slim and I was skeptical that they would work but decided to try anyway. They work great. I did trim them to fit - just kind of winged it by placing the boot on top and making a cut line on the insole. Worked!. Boot is comfortable, walked over 5 miles in them yesterday - no issues

Very comfortable, zero drop insoles
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wear zero or near zero drop shoes, so these insoles are a perfect match. I do wish all sizes were available. I had to buy two of the thinnest in order to approximate the mid size.

Perfect for minimalist shoes and long shifts or post-injury
Could not find zero-drop insoles for my work shoes, but 12-hour shifts in minimalist shoes started to become too painful after several musculoskeletal injuries from extensive hiking. Was able to trim these as instructed and slip them into my shoes. Months later, they are still just as comfortable, and I am in less pain at the end of my shift than previously. Well worth the investment.

Exactly what I was looking for
Was looking for a way to just slightly raise the position of my foot in my running shoe so that my ankle wouldn't rub on the side of the shoe. I tried other insoles with different amounts of arch support, but none of those worked for me due to having flatter feet with low arches. This worked perfectly because it is flat, so it does not add any arch support where I do not need it, and it also does not change the drop (angle of my foot in the shoe). I can just stick it underneath the original sock liner of the shoe. Simple, yet effective and exactly what I had spent weeks searching for. I've been using these in my running shoes for several months now, and they still feel just as good as they were when I first got them.

Good but don't last
I have purchased 2 set of these now and they are comfortable and work well but they start to fall apart in about 2-3 months.

Saved my shoes
Took out factory insoles and put these in. They are flat but supportive and they dont interfere with my orthotic arxhes

Wasted my Money
I had high hopes for a zero drop inserts that could match my shoes factory inserts that I destroyed from work outside, but these things are so cheap! The 3mm thickness does nothing for cushion, but I expected part, but did not expect that the material would prove to do nothing against feeling the bottom of it shoe. The material is very cheap and just feels like cardboard. I have been pretty active my entire life, and gravitate to shoes I can do multi sports with, but do not see myself running more than 100 meters in these things!

Great inserts!
These truly are zero drop in inserts. They take up no space in your boots or shoes. The best thing is they are stiff so they won’t bunch up like other inserts, and they are form fitting. I’ll be buying more!

Si son muy suaves al pisar y me gusta lo plano sin drop, peeeero tras varios días de uso, eso si constante, de repente que huelo un fuerte olor a queso y eran mis pies!!! Y pues ni modo son de costo elevado pero las tiré a la basura.
