Problem? No Problem!
I have been using Smart Ink for some time now and the product quality has always been excellent, like the value for money. I haven't until now had cause to use their customer support service. My most recent purchase (2 x 903 XL HP Compatible cartridges) when installed didn't not deliver any ink, despite the software showing both cartridges were full. So I got in touch and without any hesitation or attempts to transfer the problem to the courier, the manufacturer of the printer or me, SmartInk simply, quickly and courteously owned the problem and desptached my two new cartridges which arrived while I was away for the weekend and were here waiting for me on Monday ready to go for the working week. Perfect service! Thanks guys.

HP make this harder than it should be
Had issue with compatibility due to recent HP firmware update. Customer service responded within minutes and have agreed to send a new cartridge immediately which should work. Can’t comment on whether it does work since it hasn’t arrived yet (should arrive in 1-2 days) but so far customer service has been good. Lost 1 star because cartridge didn’t just work immediately.

Good quality and cheap
The cartridges were not recognised by the printer but after a quick chat to customer service an easy fix was provided and they now work perfectly

Works well and good servcid
Initially the cartridge did not work due to HPs attempts to block nonHP ink in their printers. However this was quickly resolved by smart ink's customer service team who sorted in under 5 minutes.

My printer would not recognise the cartridge.
Contacting Smart Ink by chat produced an immediate response and quickly provided me with an easy workaround. Only drawback is that the printer does not recognise the remaining ink level, but given the substantial difference in price between an HP original and this cartridge, this is something I can live with

Cartucce pressoché identiche alle originali.. Mai trovato cartucce compatibili di questo livello..addirittura è la prima volta che la stampante mi segnala il livello dell'inchiostro meravigliose sia in qualità che nel prezzo....

Comme l’encre noir est celui qui part le plus vite je prend toujours un pack comme celui-ci afin de ne jamais tomber a court, fonctionne parfaitement avec mon imprimante, je recommande !!

Der Drucker hat die Patrone erst mal nicht angenommen. Nach einem Chat mit dem Kundenservice war das Problem in ein paar Minuten behoben...

Recibí el pedido, pero la impresora no los reconocía, contacté con ellos y decidieron enviarme otros cartuchos compatibles sin coste, con los que no tuve problemas. Gracias
