I tried these when i felt like i was undersupplying my baby, and they did cause a little boost back to the healthy amount my baby needed. These didn’t put me into oversupply but, as part of healthy eating and good pumping habits - they do help boost me when I feel I can’t keep up. The price makes them unsustainable for daily use but i use them for a boost when my babe has growth spurts and I can’t keep up with the demand.

There is another breast mask that is made to help with supply but I find that these work better for me. I accidentally ordered and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Now I only buy these. You can use throughout the day but my favorite is to use before I go to sleep and then when I wake to pump it’s so much more! They work all of the time. Love love love them. Always keep on hand. Since my period has returned my supply drops a bit when I’m on it. These are a lifesaver during that time too! Get them. Get 5 of them. :)

Every time I use I have short term supply boost!! Amazing stuff! Recommend for a quick supply increase.

I’m at that interesting stage of postpartum, after the 4th trimester, solids are being introduced and my body is continually adjusting for different changes. This morning, I woke up early with some slight discomfort in my breasts. I was so lucky I had these new Frida Mom Breast Mask for Engorgement to test out! Each packet has 2 sheets (one for each side). I was able to quickly open the package, slip out one of the two masks, and conveniently reseal the packet. It has a similar texture to a face mask, with subtle hints of lavender, jasmine, sage and witch hazel. I was able to find them to fit well, and left them on for 20 minutes while I had a quick breakfast. It is so clean and soothing, I highly recommend it!

I would have given it 5 stars but I really think these could be one sided. Laying around for 15/20mins with the mask on and boobs out to avoid Messing up a bra or shirt wasn’t super convenient. These work great for needing a quick refill. I used these during a time when my little one was cluster feeding and really needed to re-up on my milk as I had to go out and it took less than 2 hrs. So I keep a pack around for emergencies. Not something I would use regularly though

Didn’t not help, and they dried out very fast

I bought this product along with, let’s see, a breast roller/massager, some concentrated cabbage cream, and some herbal tincture designed to reduce clogged ducts (??) sometime between 2am and 4am one morning when I was up with a miserable clogged duct and feeling desperate about it. I kept removing and replacing this in my cart. I had little faith that it could help with the (significantly not-right-on-the-surface-of-my-skin) clogged duct complex, but then I decided that because I was very miserable and not sleeping, and because I rather like paper face masks in this style, I would get this and try it out because it might feel comforting. I cut the mask so that I could put it just on the affected area that was bothering me (and have more applications from my purchase). It felt cooling and comforting upon initial application, as I had expected. It actually made a difference, though, too. That rather surprised me. I thought that maybe the decreased discomfort and tenderness after its use was not really related, but I also felt better after the second and third treatments. Now I keep it on hand (and in the fridge, as the packaging suggests), and I like this product a lot. Clogged ducts can feel (and be) somewhat desperate, and I find that this helps. Plus I like its slightly astringent and vegetal but clean scent.

I usually love Frida mom products, but this was a complete miss for me. My boobs has been clogged and uncomfortable for a couple of weeks now. I'm heavily reliant on medication and I decided to stop breastfeeding my baby after a month of poor latching and extreme pain and discomfort from clogged milk ducts. I am very desperate to find any solutions to unclog and have my boobs go back to a sense of normal. This product had a mix of bad and good reviews. I was very fixated on the "reusable" aspect of this product. It's not. It somewhat unclogged small portions of my affected breast, but not completely. I had to use them one after the other and in total had the mask on for 40min, put them back in the bag hoping there would be more juice inside the bag for the mask to absorb and reuse again later. Like those Asian moisturizing face mask. This was not the case, After the first use it had little to no juice left over and my boobs are still clogged. This product is literally a one time use item and for its price, it is absolutely not worth it.
