I used 3/16 inch chain to hang a cedar swing from the rafter of a pergola. This was the perfect rigging connector, and the stainless finish matched the chain. IMHO, the quality was excellent and the cost was a nice surprise.

And, when stored on the other end of the latch bolt, , can prevent inadvertently latching of an automatic garage door before operating. The u-bolts are much easier to use than fumbling around with locks and just as effective.
