As some review states, the assembly is not that easy. The reason is that if you follow the paper instructions, it is a difficult task due to design. The unions for the straws make the inside have a bump, so running the cable inside by pushing is a difficult task. Additional, the instruction guide to unite the straws before running the wire, big mistake, that make running the wire harder. I started with 3 people to assemble one, and ended up only with one person. You start easily from the longest wire in the middle to the rest assembling the un connected segments and as you go connect the matching segment. Came from 15-20 minutes and headache to 5-10 min per piece. The price is great for the end result.

These looked great and were not too hard to put together. They don't stay together very well and do fall apart if you move them, so make sure you put them together where you want them to be. I wouldn't recommend it in an area where it is windy or would get knocked over as they would fall apart.

All the lights worked, but the stems fell apart very easily when handled, and some of the light cord lengths didn’t match the order of the stem lengths. Fine otherwise.

I had a birthday party and these are really neat. I didn’t realize they don’t come w/balloons but that wasn’t a big deal, I had purchased plenty. They’re easy to assemble once you read the directions they just take some time to do and I wish I had known bc I only managed to put 1 up bc of a time constraint but I’ll get plenty of use out of these.
