I didn’t dislike anything other than maybe I was expecting too much of a processed product.

Fried shallots. Crispy and aromatic, and a lot of it. Good as toppings by itself but you might want to toss it with a little salt before use for an extra kick.

Yes, they are crisp and crunchy, not oily, etc....BUT they are FLAVORLESS. ZERO SALT should NOT mean ZERO FLAVOR. I am someone who doesn't even add salt to most foods and I found these to be not just bland, but pretty much devoid of any onion flavor, fried or otherwise. It was actually kind of weird, of all things...onions with no flavor. The expiration date is April 15, 2027, so it's a year and a half out. NOT worth the money as they are tasteless.

Although fried but not greasy. Stays fresh well in the container. Adds aroma and flavor to dishes without the work of cutting the red onions and saute. More bang for the buck too.
