Just to set expectations, this is not a magic pill like so many other products claim. But it does help keep my weight in check without being overly caffeinated. No jitters. When my bottle runs out, even eating healthily, my weight starts to creep up. And when using this product paired with workouts I lose weight better than just working out alone. So I know it works, but it's not a free ride. Also it gives me a bit of energy and a slight mood boost. I take one in the morning with a large glass of cool water on an empty stomach to get the day started. I tried the decaf version and it only helped maybe with mood. Didn't do much if anything for energy or weight. For some reason, green tea and caffeine seem to be the combination needed. Either ingredient alone will not do it. The fully caffeinated version makes me jittery. So the lightly caffeinated one is the perfect one for me! Note: The directions say to take one capsule a day, and that's what I stick with. The cathechins (EGCG) in green tea can be damaging to the liver in higher amounts. Some weight loss books recommend 3 capsules of green tea extract per day. I would never take that much. You may lose weight faster, but it's a problem waiting to happen with your liver.

Love these for the health benefits. They don't have much caffeine which is nice. The quality is the best, love this brand and trust this brand. Will continue to buy!

Works pretty well so far I think

These were highly rated by ConsumerLab for containing what they claim to contain. They also contain the amount of caffeine that I wanted to take as a late afternoon pick me up. I take one around 2:00 PM every day and it helps me stay focused and alert and avoid that late afternoon malaise. I think they work for what I want to use them for. I have been using them for one month. The pills are long and contain a sandy colored powder. They are easy to swallow. I initially thought they would be green like matcha powder but they are not supposed to be vibrant green. I will continue to use this product for a energy boost and with hopes that I may notice other health benefits as well.

I love this green tea supplement. Ive been using it for over a year now. I use it for its overall antioxidant properties as well it's its ability to mitigate fat cell growth. I also sometimes will take a little bit of the powder out of the pill and mix it with vitamin E Oil and put it directly on any skin irritation, acne breakouts, or burns that I may have. I did read a few articles recently saying that more than 500 mg of EGCG daily is toxic to the liver so being that this products contain 750 mg I usually dump out about a quarter of the pill. My only wish is that they would make this product in at 500 mg pill instead of the 750 mg pill!
