I used this on my kitchen countertops and it worked perfectly. The spray is easy to apply, dries quickly, and leaves a nice protective finish without any streaks. It makes cleaning easier and helps keep the surface shiny. Definitely recommend for regular maintenance

Not bad! But not very satisfied.

This is my first experience with Granite Gold, as I am a long-time Wieman products user. However, Granite Gold has garnered some great reviews so I gave it a try—I have the sealer, polish, and daily cleaner. This is the sealer review: Pros: -Very easy to use. Just spray on a 3-foot section, wipe into the countertop, then buff. I used two soft cloths: one to apply, and one to buff. Do this quickly as you do not want the sealer to dry on the surface or it will dull the countertop, which is why application is in smaller sections. After I did this, I also thoroughly buffed over the entire countertop with an old soft t-shirt. -Water-based so it’s not messy -Dries fast (again, be sure to buff off quickly so it doesn’t dry before buffing) -No dulling or anything weird—my countertop looks just as it did but a little shinier (before polish but don't polish for 24 hours after sealing!) and it looked a little bit richer in color. -While applying and buffing, the section I did felt smoother than the section I had not yet done—my cloth went over that section very smoothly like glass where I felt a pull from the part I didn’t do, so that made me think something sealing was going on! -Price is reasonable—with twice a year application, this bottle will last several years. -I did three applications. I let the first application dry completely for 20 minutes as instructions indicated, then did 2 more applications, since I have not sealed my counters for a very long time. -Scent is a little citrus to it, but it can be strong; however, it dissipates very quickly, no lingering smell. Cons: Really, the only con is the bottle leaked VERY badly - I mean, it was running out of the tube thing. And the black cap cover would not stay on - when it fell off, spray went on my walls. I was disappointed in this. I was able to put the cap back on so the product didn’t spray on my walls, but it continued to leak for all applications. Then the sprayer didn't work at all - I had to open it and pour out sealer. This is why the four star instead of five. -A minor detail: I wish they had indicated how much to spray out—I was in the dark about that part and just guessed. All in all, except for the wonky bottle I received, a good solid product. Once again, do note that you must do smaller sections and immediately buff off—you do not want the product to dry before you buff it! Thank you for reading my review.

Worked great on my slate patio table. Very easy to apply, and made my table look like new. It makes the table much easier to use and clean.

Nice product work well

So based upon the excellent reviews I opted to purchase this product to reseal my Giallo Ornamentale granite dining bar and kitchen surfaces. I also bought some Zwipes to apply it. First of all, whoever says the smell of this product is appealing or not strong is absolutely wrong. After doing the first couple of sprays we had to immediately turn off the air conditioning and open the windows in our house. The smell did not dissipate for about 6 hours. To me for that reason alone, I doubt I will ever use this product again unless it is in open window weather. So I followed the directions and only sprayed small areas at time and wiped the product away almost immediately. I found it very difficult to buff of even wiping it off immediately after spraying without it causing a faint film. What I found worked best is that I used a seperate wipe to wipe off the sealant immediately and then another wipe to buff it immediately. All in all I will say that the granite appeared to be shinier when I was completely done doing several coats of this product but I am not sure how long it will last or if it really made a substantive improvement to my granite. Let me say that my granite was not showing water spots or rings from drink glasses prior to me sealing it despite it being close to two years old and used every day. I think my quality of granite and my installers were excellent so it was not taking on water or surface grime like other reviewers were experiencing. I liked that I did see a nice shine after I was done but I am not sure the shine was so great that it outweighed the major issue I had with obnoxious smell this product has. I would only begin to recommend this product to houses where this product could be applied with proper ventilation. Even then expect the smell to linger for several hours.

Very easy to apply. Gives my counter a sheen and feels extra smooth.
