Jabra PRO 930 MS Mono Lync Optimized Wireless Headset for Softphone (Renewed)

This was easy to set up and get working immediately. The headset is very comfortable volume settings. Perfect very good purchase.

This is a comfortable headset with amazing background noise elimination. I have two dogs that bark at leaves blowing across the yard and my coworkers have told me they can’t hear the dogs at all, which is amazing when working from home.

I love these Jabra 930 Pro headsets -- particularly due to their very long range. They claim 300ft, but in my experience it's even more than that! So I was replacing one I'd had for 8 years because its battery life had become unworkably short, and because on these older headsets, replacing the battery requires soldering. Anyway, I received my replacement headset, hooked it up, got on a call and walked downstairs to get a cup of coffee and the audio immediately began glitching. Long story short, I contacted the supplier (Renewed Headsets) and they immediately sent a replacement which had the exact same flaw. Then I realized what they were doing -- they are "renewing" the short range (30ft) bluetooth version of this headset and selling it as if it's the long range. When I asked them to replace with the correct headset, they said that I would have to go back to Amazon and do a return -- which I have done. BOTTOM LINE: NOT TRUST "RENEWED" HEADSETS FROM THIS SUPPLIER. Still love Jabra 930's though.

Comfortable, lightweight, good volume, good clarity of calls, can go at least 150 feet away before it drops out. Would love to get the BT version of this.

Received this with instructions for downloading the software. When I plugged this into my laptop, that had a previous model of the same headset, it just worked. Did not have to do anything. Only complaint, is the range is not as good as my old headset, but still enough to let me walk around the house.

I really like that it is wireless so I can walk around a little bit. I can’t go too far if I need to speak as it seems to break up but if I am just listening I can wander a bit further.

Bought this headset for my husband since he spends most of the workday on the phone. He was getting frustrated with his AirPods constantly dying. This did the trick! Lasts all day and has good sound quality. Also, because they are wireless, he can still get up and move around while on a call. Worth the money.

This headset is not worth the money at all. I feel like I got scammed. It works less than half of the time. It constantly disconnects while I’m on calls with clients and sometimes does not reconnect until I reboot my system. I tired too return it, but was 1 day shy of my 30 day return window.
