Q: Is there a tunnel to go with this tent? It looks like there should be one to zip onto the round zipper.

There is no tunnel but getting our kittens in and out was never a problem they loved being in it and because the material is close knit wasps and flies couldn't get in

Q: I have indoor cats, my garden is paved, can i use this on paved floor ir does it need to be grass?

If it is on slabs it cannot be fastened down in windy weather, but I put some heavy items inside it like a cat scratching pole etc or you can tie weights to each corner. Well worth the money for the cat to enjoy the sunshine safely.
