Rachael Ray Cucina Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle Pan/Flat Grill, 11 Inch, Gray with Agave Blue Handle

This is one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. I use it weekly - nothing sticks and it’s easy to wipe clean.

This is a fantastic little griddle pan, perfect for everything from pancakes up to steaks. It heats and cooks evenly and was dead level when delivered. The protective handle is functional and esthetically pleasing.

Love this pan. My old one was worn and scratched and I had a hard time finding one that was smooth rather than grilled. This is a good size and heats evenly.

We use this for cooking tortillas and that is it. It works great for that so I can speak for any other use. It's very well built and looks like it would last for a lot of years. It evenly distributes the heat across the entire pan.

The griddle is awesome but the wait time was 7 weeks so if in hurry might want choose another kind. I have not had anything stick yet.
