WÜSTHOF Classic 6" Utility Knife, Black

I have several other Wusthof knives. I purchased this one for small items like chopping and slicing garlic, radishes, shallots, green onions, etc. Where a smaller, more maneuverable knife is desirable. The classic grip is quite comfortable and functional. The edge is sharp and sturdy ad expected. First rate kitchen tool.

Not your fault; but, I ordered the wrong size knife the first time Totaling 9" long.Only needed a 3.5" length serrated blade with a 4" handle totaling 7.5" stainless steel pairing knife!!!

I have several Wusthof knives that have served me well and this knife will be no exception. The length is versatile, between that of a paring knife and a utility knife, so I find I am using it often.

Love this knife because it just plain works so well.Prepping in the kitchen is no longer a chore.

When I opened the box and held it I was a bit concerned that it might be small but it is really sharp and really useful. And being Wusthof it is high quality

Das Messer sieht sehr gut aus, hat eine gute Länge allerdings hält die Schärfe nicht so lange. Man muss das Messer alle paar Wochen nach schleifen. Die Qualität ansonsten ist sehr gut.

Ich benutze dieses Messer beinahe täglich und es liegt gut in der Hand hat eine super scharfe Klinge. Verarbeitung sehr sehr gut. Der Name Wüsthof steht nun mal für gute Messer.

Ich verwende das Messer siet ein paar Tagen in meiner Küche und bin rundum zufrieden. Es "gleitet" durch Obst und Gemüse, Klinge und Griff wirken wertig und gut verarbeitet.
