Wrong Size Advertised...but great little fountain
The first fountain I received was broken in 3 places on the back. It came from Amazon Warehouse BUT it was the correct size 17"H X 9"W X 7"D. lOVED IT. Warehouse sent a replacement BUT it was 16"H X 7"W X 5 1/2"D. I thought this had to be a mistake. So I ordered a new one expecting the 17" based on description. Oh no... I received another 16" inch. Not ordering anymore. Fountain looks good, motor is quiet, turned pump up to high and have great water sound. I Love it! If you put in too many rocks it will over flow. You have to play with the rocks to get the sound you want. If you want a quieter sound then slide the pump switch located on side of the pump. Would have loved the 17" instead but I can live with the 16". I'm building a base to make it higher.

Nice and elegant
Nice and elegant, medium sized fountain. I keep it on a cabinet top surrounded by a few small potted plants. There's a cut out in the back that's perhaps the size of an index card. That gives you access to the pump, pump tubing, and the reservoir. The sound the water makes is fairly quiet, though sound will vary a lot, depending on if you put any rocks in the cups and how you arrange them. The pump is extremely quiet and I've only ever noticed it when the water was running too low or when I had my ear right next to the fountain. It came with a few river stones, but barely enough to do anything in even one of the cups. It seemed strange to include them at all when there were so few of them. So if you want stones in your fountain, you'll want to get some separately.

Beautiful while it lasted
I really enjoyed this fountain---for the month it lasted. Last night I unplugged the fountain as I always have when I'm not on the patio enjoying it--and to make sure the water didn't run low (I knew that would kill the motor.)...this morning when I checked the water level again and then plugged it in--NOTHING. I disconnected the tube from the motor, emptied the water, rinsed it out to make sure there was nothing in there plugging the tube, even blew into the tube to make sure the path was clear (It was...air blew through the opening in the top bowl. But after only one month's PERIODIC use, the motor is dead? Not exactly what I was expecting when I bought it. If there is a company representative reading this, perhaps you could address my disappointment? (Of course, the return window ended about a week ago.) UPDATE! July 23, 2019 I need to update my original review of this fountain. I don't know if this is "normal", but in any case, after stewing for a while, I decided to try some DIY. I got the garden hose and thoroughly jet sprayed the inside of the fountain (after separating and removing the motor). I wiped away any kind of debris---leaves, etc.--and sprayed again. After once again testing the tube from the motor to the bowl again by blowing air, I reconnected it to the motor and then reset the motor in the cavity, filling it completely with water. Turned it on--VOILA! I have no idea what a few more hours did to "fix" this. Most likely I was too quick to write it off as "no good". In any case, the fountain is once again doing its thing, and yesterday a little bird even decided to take a bath in the top bowl! I really do love this and am happy that I was able to get it cranking again!

Tube to short to reach bottom of fountain
Where to begin. 1) main problem the tube that attaches to the pump is to short and doesn't reach the bottom. Leaving over almost 3 inches from the bottom. In other words I have to fill the fountain up till it is leaking out the back - to barely have the pump in the water and still some black is out of the water. The tube is to short and there is no way I can connect another longer tube because I can't reach my hand all the way up in there. This alone is a deal breaker. The pump can't attach to the bottom. So it just floats around. Making noise that is louder then the water effect. Then come to look at all the pots. I can see light between the 2 pots and it has a hole in it going to the inside of the fountain. Hard to explain but took a picture - not a deal breaker but just a note. So long story short. If you want a fountain that if it loses 1 cm of water the pump is exposed. And then fry. This is the unit for you. I was looking for something for inside to set and forget a while. With temps in the house around 68 all day and have a humidifier in the house. I was hoping that I didn't have to fill / check this fountain twice a day and add water to it. If the tube and the pump would actually hit the bottom of the fountain. These problems would be all gone because that will give the pump almost 2 inches of water above it and it would be a once a week add water. Instead of twice a day. Good luck with this fountain if you buy it. For me the saying goes - you get what you pay for 😂👍

Quiet.
Really nice fountain and the pump isn't too noisy the water flow covers the sound. The inside of the fountain looks like there's a creepy face 🌚

Tiene muy bonita vista, el sonido que produce la caida de agua no es muy fuerte pero si se logra escuchar. La bomba no es muy ruidosa.

This small, compact waterfall is absolutely wonderful. The water sound is perfect for its size, though I did adjust the sand in the bowls slightly to enhance the natural sound. I also noticed the included bag of stones wasn’t sufficient, so I purchased an additional small bag of sand from a local store, which was easy to find. After two months of use, it’s been working flawlessly, and I’ve had no issues with it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and decorative addition to their space.

Le hice unas modificaciones para poder pasar la manguera de agua por la base hasta el fondo y lo conecte a mi filtro de agua, me encanto el tamaño de la fuente y que queda muy decorativa a mi estanque de peces, simplemente me encanto!

The water feature looks good and is fine. However, the buying experience had been disappointing. The first time I received the parcel with the breakage, I give the benefit of the doubt on the delivery/transit which might have caused the breakage. Nonetheless, the amazon team were super supportive and helpful and quickly refunded the monies. I re-ordered it, and this time received it intact, however, the pebbles and LED lights which were to be part of the parcel and made the product complete, were missing. This was a gift and hence it isn't good to have issues more than once. The distributor/supplier, Alpine Corporation, can you please deliver the missing bits - Pebbles and LED lights of the water feature. And, they should ensure that products are delivered in full and intact and we don't have to face such issues. Thank you.
