I was pleasantly surprised at how good these pliers turned out to be. All I wanted was a pair of bent nose. These are actually pretty good pliers, considering how cheap they were. I like the size, and they have a good grip.

UPDATE: customer service reached out to me after my initial review to apologize for the faulty items and made a note to QC. Can’t ask for better customer service. Guess I will purchase again after all. Thank you. Wire cutters are garbage. The cutting edge had steel left on it from the mold and does not cut anything. Same for the smooth needle nose pliers which I can actually use after rasping off the rough steel left on the edges from the mold. Next time I will invest in better quality.
