I really like them. I tried them once they arrived. I think they helped a lot. But since the surface is smooth, it might not be ultimate to relax bottom feet.

Harder than I thought
These are harder than I thought they'd be. There's virtually no give to them at all. My massage therapist recommended that I don't press too hard with them or they may cause more harm than good at releasing muscle knots.
