We have a dog & three cats. Need I say more! My sofa is a mess. I’ve had stretch slipcovers in the past but they were so thin and constantly needed rearranging. I was leery about this cover since it only came with one big piece for the sofa and three cushion covers for the seats. My sofa also has three back cushions. But, the price was right so I figured I’d give it a try. First off, I liked the cushion covers because they don’t cover the whole cushion. They have elastic that keeps them snug on the pillows but will be a breeze to remove for washing. Then that big cover was a little intimidating but it has a label that says “back.” I pulled the sofa into the middle of the room which made putting the cover on way easier. The elastic around the edge is strong and it was easy to pull around the bottom of the sofa. My only dilemma was getting the covered seat cushions to sit under the back cushions. But the fabric is stretchy enough that I could lift the back cushions and shove the covered seat cushions all the way under the back cushion to the back and it looks great. I waited two weeks to write my review. I took the picture today and I haven’t had to readjust anything. Also, if you wanted to individually cover the back cushions , you could buy two sets (the price is reasonable enough). It comes with elastic straps so you can clip under the sofa to keep the edges from riding up. I didn’t do that because I’m 82 years old and I didn’t feel like turning my couch over on the floor. The covers have not moved but if they do I will connect those straps. I have already bought a second set with a lighter, not so wild print. 😁

When we bought a new sofa, we splurged on a good one and made sure it was the kind that had a slipcover rather than standard upholstery. I assumed this would make it easy to clean the sofa when pets and spills happen. I was wrong. The slipcover that came with the sofa was so tight, it takes 20 minutes of cursing and being convinced there’s no way it will fit before it starts to get into place. Every time I’d put it back on, I’d wonder if it shrank because there’s no possible way it could go over the sofa. Somehow it did, but I never found out what combination of cursing would make it easier.After a decade of angry wrestling, the old one was looking worn and I decided it was time for a new slipcover. That’s when I learned while I could buy new slipcovers from the same manufacturer, it would cost more than a new sofa. Sorry, I’m not paying four digits for a slipcover. Especially one that became my nemesis on laundry day.So I went to Amazon. There’s a lot of slipcovers out there designed for sofas with built-in cushions, which did not meet my needs. There’s also a lot of slipcovers that are designed for sofas with enormously wide arms. And even more made out of a fleecy, plus, or faux suede fabric which, let me tell you, absolutely sucks in humid summers. And even more than that were absolutely boring colors. I was ready to give up when I came across this listing.Non-fuzzy material, check; made for sofas with removable cushions, check; made for sofas with roll arms, check; and glorious colors and patterns, double check! I got the paisley because it’s so fantastically busy and I figure the pattern will hide stains a lot better than a solid color. After I tried it, I loved it so much I bought a second so I could swap out the old one without having to wait for the laundry (and without the dread that someone is going to vomit on the sofa before I get the new cover on). I also bought two sets of cushion covers, as our back cushions are also removable.This thing is so easy to get over the sofa. Sure, it isn’t perfectly fitted like the old slipcover but I don’t care if there’s some tucks and wrinkles here. With the cushions on, none of the fabric is loose and it has a lot of stretch so if I don’t get it on perfectly, I can adjust it without having to start over.The fabric feels thin and I don’t expect it will last ten years but the price is so good I’m fine with that. It doesn’t really stop big spills and messes, but it will handle dribbles well and I layer underneath with some ugly covers I got as an initial test for added protection.Fair warning, if you are like us and don’t have a vent hood over the stove because (insert complaint about whoever built this kitchen), then anything you cook with a lot of capsicum will absolutely attach itself to the fabric and never want to leave. I don’t know if it’s because the slipcover is synthetic or capsicum is just so wowed by the paisley pattern it doesn’t want to leave, but it is slightly annoying and takes a couple heavy duty washes to get out.Note: I use unscented laundry products so lingering capsicum smell might not be an issue for anyone who uses scented products.I haven’t had any issues with durability in the wash. That being said, because I have two of them, I’ve only washed each a couple times so far. I also have a HE washer that does not have an agitator so the heavy duty cycle might be rougher in older machines.The paisley is above and beyond my favorite pattern but if the company ever makes new patterns that I like, I might buy another one just to switch it up a bit. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this slipcover. Okay, I could, but to be happier, the slipcover would have to be self-cleaning. Until I get one of those, this one is perfectly suitable.

So easy to put on my chair! The cover instantly transformed the look of my chair!The cover stays in place which I'm totally thankful for!Alas, it isn't kitten proof. So, if you have kittens who love to climb and their little claws are always out, maybe you should wait to buy a cover for your chair.Because of that, I will be purchasing chair cover #2 when they can learn to retract their claws.

We have a very awkward couch where the back cushions aren’t attached to the couch. This cover took a bit of maneuvering but worked out really well, even with the awkward cushions! I highly recommend putting the seat covers on first then putting them off to the side before working with the couch cover. Small note: Put the couch cover over the couch and attach the straps underneath the couch before adjusting the cover to fit where it should. It makes it a LOT easier. Bought this cover as an Easter present for my elderly mother and she’s elated! We have cats, so this cover is a blessing. Better than having to get a new couch, and our cats absolutely hate stretchy material so they’ll be avoiding the couch cover at all costs. Lol!

I have an old leather chair circa 90s ikea over stuffed. I wanted somthing to help the cushion from slipping and being summer I don't want to stick to it. So I found this slip cover.It took me too long for me to admit to figuring out how it was supposed to fit. I even got my mother ( yes im a grown up ) to help. I finally pulled up a video and found the strap goes from back to front under the chair.Once I figured out which way it was supposed to face it was super easy to put on.Fabric is super soft and stretchy.It goes well in my little reading nook.So far it's comfy. :)
