Bought this to add to an Italian themed gift package, so I haven't used it personally. However, my evaluation is that it feels sturdy and user friendly, looks easy to clean, and very durable. After I move, I plan to gift one to myself!

Good quality But small. Buy bigger gnocchi board if making family size.

Nice compact size is enough to get the job done. If you like to cook with family, get two. The grooves are the perfect depth, and the length is also perfect.

smaller than it visually appears and very thin.... if your and looking for a beginner tool or just quick use this might be for you. It did do the job.

The wood quality is excellent. It’s a very unique piece that will last forever. I haven’t had time to use it yet. Will update you as soon as I do. I bought it to make Italian gnocchi and traditional sweets.

Pas mal, la planche est un peu étroite et du coup moins pratique…pais elle fait le job !

Il est cher,mais j'aime les accessoires en bois et acier inoxydable. J'ai commencé à faire des gnoccis aux pommes de terre, c'est vraiment bon!

Mon épouse l'utilise et en es fier.
