I have been taking this supplement for a little over a week. I noticed a calming that took place within an hour after taking it before bed. I take it because I will wake up at night with cortisol spikes. After taking this for a few days I noticed that even if I was awaked at night, my heart was no longer racing and I felt calming and was more able to get back to sleep.

I haven’t been taking this long enough to rate 5 stars however I feel I have been sleeping better. I anticipate seeing more positive effects

Affordable AND it's GMP certified. It's not quite as strong as the more expensive one I used to take, but it does help keep my mental energy and moods level. When I skip a day or two, I definitely notice a difference.
