YUMMY
If you love clam chowder, you already know how good Snows brand is!!!! I bought a case of this soup AND a case of Snows whole class to add a can to the concoction. Bout time for me to reorder both. Btw....add the clam juice into the milk mixture for extra flavor and meatier consistency. Usually this soup, if you can find it, runs almost $4 or more for a can in the stores. Buying a bulk case gives a better per price deal and assures my pantry is stocked well, for those cravings and quick healthy meals. So....off to reorder! Great purchase and arrived fast.

Bland and watery.
Bland and watery. I won't buy this again. I've had much better soup, although in a restaurant. There it was thick and somewhat spicy as it should be. Disappointed in the lack of taste & quality of this product.

Great taste
Perfect base for my clam chowder. I added extra clams and potatoes to it with a few other items to make it extra thick and filling. Only wish it wasn't so expensive. It does have a great flavor just needs more to make it a real old fashion clam chowder.

Very watery and not very good.
I love clam chowder. I've had many different kinds from many different places and from many different brands. I didn't like this. I ate it because it did cost money (I hope i don't regret that), but I would not buy it again. First off, the color surprised me, it's red. But that isn't the problem for me. Like I said in the title, it is really watery, which maybe is just a style that I'm not used to, and it doesn't taste very good. It was very bland but has an odd aftertaste that I can't quite put my finger on, and the clams (few that there are) are the chewiest things I've ever had. Actually, there isn't much of anything in it other than water. I tried doctoring it up with some seasonings, onion power, garlic and pepper, but it just isn't my cup of tea, or soup as it were.
