Enzymedica, Digest Complete Enzyme Formula, 240 Capsules

As I have gotten older, dairy products have become harder and harder to consume without intestinal issues. So, I went looking for something to help with this and came across this product, so I decided to give it a try. I stayed away from all dairy for 4 days prior to taking this to see if it would actually help of just be a coincidence. Cheese and milk have caused me the most problems, so I made Mac and Cheese for dinner to see if this actually works. I followed directions and took the pill just before eating. I had absolutely no issues that night or the next day. So, I have been using this whenever I am going to eat dairy products, even ice cream which had become an absolute no for me!! In the two weeks that I have been using this, I have had no recurrence of the previous issues I had before. For me, this product works. I am still limiting the amount I eat just because I do not want to push it. But, that is a great improvement over not being able to have dairy at all. I am pleased with it. Please keep in mind that my problem developed after I turned 73, so this is NOT a life long issue that I am fixing. My doctor had told me that this was normal for intolerance to develop in Oder people and not the result of any organ issues. So, this may work for you too.

Works but too expensive

I like the fact that I take a couple capsules during my meals and I don’t experience the pain and discomfort I normally deal with when I eat gluten or dairy. I’ve been using the enzymes for about a year now and they work better than another brand I used which sadly didn’t work as well as these. Which I had used prior for a little over a year.

It does exactly what it’s intended to do …… aid in the breakdown of fats and proteins which my body has a difficult time assimilating!
