Première expérience avec une plancha. Semble être de bonne qualité et facile à nettoyer. N’a pas besoin d’être culotté à part une mince couche d’huile pour la première utilisation. La 23’’ est bien pour 2 personnes, 4 c’est un peu limite quand il y a bcp d’ingrédients dans votre recette. Il ne sait pas déformer. Il suffit de vérifier la température avec le test de la goutte d’eau. Si elle danse et non s’évapore, la plaque est bien chaude et les aliments ne colleront pas. Étant donné que la flamme du bbq est plus basse que sur un vrai plancha, c’est un peu plus long pour monter en température

very sturdy ,just its on top of grills, does leave stain marks even after cleaning but this does not hinder cooking.

We have a Napolean BBQ with a 35" wide main grill area. This griddle fits well with a foot of grilling room to spare. I can be frying up onions and peppers on the griddle and grilling brats at the same time. Win! Win! For reviewers who said food sticks to the griddle, they need to look up how to season a stainless steel griddle on youtube. 3 to 4 bakes of high smoke point oil and you're good to go. And the more you use the griddle, the more non-stick it gets. We didn't install the left side handle so we could slide it right all the way to the left side of the BBQ that way. I really like how it has to large grease trap in the front instead of a drain hole in the back. That's a way better design to prevent flare ups on the BBQ. Perfect for bacon, smash burgers, etc. It takes awhile to heat up given how high it sits above the BBQ grates, so I'm going to try and remove 24" of grate and set it right on the heat shields for faster heat up and slightly higher maximum temps (my smash burgers didn't quite have the 'crust' I was hoping for).
