Short Stories in Norwegian for Beginners: Read for pleasure at your level, expand your vocabulary and learn Norwegian the fun way!

Just the right level for a learner; not beginner but nowhere near fluency (slightly better after a beer or two, but still a long way to go!). I love that it’s Norwegian only, so you have to figure it out yourself... that’s where real learning comes in. And plenty of high frequency words. Some stories are a bit daft but that’s ok; it’s a learning resource, not Nobel literature! Enjoy.

I'm a couple months into learning Norwegian and duolingo was getting a bit slow. This has boosted my learning phenominally, I would still recommend using multiple sources in your learning journey but its a good way of learning the dialogue without listening to an extremely fast paced video of it and having to slow it down. Also really good for vocabulary, or at least it has been for me.

Brilliant for learners of Norwegian. Good short stories which develop in difficulty. YOu do not need to know every word to understand the story.

This is a really good book to help you learn faster. Very good as it is short stories that build your confidence.

No complaints, a great start to reading comprehension beyond Duolingo.
