Feel better after using it
I spend a lot of time at my desk and recently started having neck pain so was looking for something to help me. I have used this product twice now and feel better after using it. A lot of screwing and adjusting - the video demonstration from the seller was useful on how to use this product. There is also a user guide that came with the packaging.

Rubbish!!
Waste of time and money!!It does nothing.. it has no pressure to keep your neck straight, it can only choke you!Couldn’t be more disappointed!

Measure your neck.
My neck was too long to get much out of this, but 8 gave it to a freind and she gained a lot of benefit from using it, especially when paired with polyvagal work.

Early days but feeling a difference
I have 3 bulging cervical discs and bot only does this feel like it is giving some relief whilst its on, but my neck feels better in general. Once you get the hang of it, it's not as complicated as it looks and I can easily put it on and remove it myself.

Had to send back made my neck worse!
Not enough travel on the neck extension so the minimum height was very uncomfortable. Measured my neck and it came into the supposedly correct range, but was to long with no adjustment.

Well made sturdy product, only time will tell how good it is...
Seems very well made... It takes time to get used to... I have severe neck pain due to forward leaning head... It keeps your head from drooping forward, however pain is still the same... Only time and consistent use will tell if this is worth so muchWill update after a few months use
