Excellent product for MTHFR genetic disorder

High quality B complex! Helpful for MTHFR gene mutation. I have been using them for about six months now and notice a huge difference in my cycle regularity, as it has very high amounts of B6 and a methylated form, I’m convinced is due to this product. My menstrual cramps have all but almost completely disappeared, which is absolutely amazing considering I have struggled with that since my teens could not recommend this more, especially for women struggling with similar issues.

I tell people that this is the first time I have ever felt a vitamin that I took. I have taken other B12 supplements in the past but this is the first one to significantly improve my B12 labs. It may seem expensive but I only take one a day so a bottle lasts me 6 months.

Recently I found out I’m anemic and distant to go on medication so I did my research and found this to have all the things I need.

I am not a medical professional. I find this product to be of great quality. It helps me to function on tired mornings, and seems to be working when I take it as part of my morning supplement regimen. I have had no issues with the taste nor the smell. Careful not to overdo it with this and other products that contain redundant ingredients. Always read your labels carefully and cross check for redundancies. Happy with this thus far.
