Will they turn off when the headlights are switched on

Mine go to "dim" mode. I bought a pair of these for my truck, and another pair for my son. They work great.

Mpy lights go out when my lights come on, how do i fix this?

I had the same problem with the Daylight 9. I had to attach the blue wire to a Bussman "add a circuit" (on amazon or auto parts store) fuse to my existing fuse box, find a fuse/accessory that was only on when the key was activated and off when keyed off. See wiring instructions for hybrid cars and Stop & Start models.

Does the power box have a fuse?

There is an online fuse on the positive (+) lead wire.
