This stuff is interesting. I'm not sure what a benzo feels like, but I imagine it feels somewhat like this. I put 6 of the pellets under my tongue not thinking they would do anything, and about an hour later I woke up on the couch feeling very mellow and relaxed. I'm not sure if this product will continue to have the same effect after continued use (building a tolerance), but what I experienced from first use, it's pretty awesome.

The media could not be loaded. This stuff helps me get a good night of sleep when I take it. My brain sometimes tends to turn on when it needs to turn off and taking coffee cruda helps turn off all of that chatter. It works well for me and I can get the rest I need without being bothered about things I can't do anything about when I am at home in bed.

My 3 year old has an over active imagination and runs anxious.Bedtimes were a mess, he doesn't sleep through the night etc.Melatonin made him have worse nightmares and honestly I wasn't a fan of dosing him with it often. did not notice any help with sleep at all...if anything, it caused more anxiety, at least for me. Your usage may be different. I have been trying to get back to a normal sleep rythm and this was recommended. I read the reviews and thought that it could help. I noticed no helpful effect for what it is advertised to do.

I dont take the time to write reviews too often but this one warranted my attention. I have struggled with sleep my whole life. I’ve always tried to find natural remedies for sleep versus medication but have never found anything that works. I’ve literally spent probably thousands of dollars trying different supplements. Many times I have the opposite effect and they keep me awake all night or I have some sort of adverse effects. Prior to trying this, I was on a rotation of benedryl, unisom, dramamine, and occasional xanex. Horrible. I found this randomly and purchased it with low expectations as usual. Wow was I wrong. I have never gotten better sleep in the last week than ever before!! And I have had 3 sick kids in my house waking me up constantly all night yet STILL I feel more refreshed in the morning than ever. I fall asleep within 10-15 mins of taking this, get good deep sleep without waking (unless a little person does but can go back to sleep quickly!) and I’m only taking 3 of the 5 recommended dose. I’m amazed and dumbfounded. Like where has this been my whole life?!! I almost want to buy a whole huge stash just in case God forbid they ever stop making it. I’ve been taking prescription sleeping pills for a long time and wanted to try something more natural- I did some research and found this product, I was hopeful it would help, but unfortunately, it really didn’t. Although it did calm my mind, it didn’t put me into a deep sleep. I was awake most of the night. I feel this may help some people who aren’t used to a stronger medication. The following day I did feel a little off, not sure if it was the product or if I was just overtired.
