This is such a great product. I’ve gone through several bottles already. When I started having digestive issues with onions and garlic, I was constantly seeing ads for other enzyme supplements that were really expensive. I ended up finding this one, decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint. You take it with your meals, and it really helps with a variety of foods. I love that it contains different enzymes to support different intolerances, so it feels more complete than other options I looked at. It’s been a reliable and much more affordable solution for me. It’s very easy to carry anywhere with you in a pill carrier, and be able to take it fast and easy.

This is an overall great product!! I have an allergy to gluten and intolerance to dairy. I take this when I am at a restaurant and don't know if there is gluten or dairy in a meal. I also take this at home when I know there is dairy. It does not reverse the effects of an allergy, but it definitely reduces the symptoms! I believe this is made for intolerances and reducing the effects of allergies (not eliminating). I love that it is made with clean ingredients, and there are no extra flavors or additives. I generally take 1 or 2, depending on how much allergy-food I assume may be in a meal. Sometimes, I will also take one of these with one dairy-intolerance supplement. They are very EASY to swallow. It is a soft capsule and not very big. It does not eliminate ALL symptoms, but it definitely decreases them. Personally, it decreases nausea, stomachache, and nighttime acid reflux. Basically, all of the painful stomach issues are gone! (If I accidentally eat a large amount of gluten, since it's an allergy, I still have some stomach pain, but not as much.) It only decreases some bloating, but I still have that issue. I also still feel tired after eating dairy, even when taking this. I do wish there was a little more lactase to help with some of the lingering symptoms. I buy ONLY this product, now. I also used to buy the individual lactase pills, but now I only purchase this because it works so much better overall. It is extra expensive, which is one downside. However, since it works so well, it is worth the value to me. The bottle and cap work well to get out the capsules. I like the look of the bottle, as well. I debated giving this product a 4 since it does not cover ALL symptoms, but I think it deserves a 5-star because of EVERYTHING else that it does. I DO recommend this product to anyone with a food intolerance or allergy who wants to be extra safe when eating out or eating uncertain foods.

IT WORKS

This work great if you have sensitives and just need a little extra help processing your food. I take them before eating fibrous foods, wheat, and dairy. Helps limit the size of my bloat and associated cramping.
