Loved the delivery; quick and carried to my Condo door by nicest delivery guys! The product is beautifully made. Why did I need Customer Service?! Duh! The 2 sets of tools were inside back of headboard in black Velcro opening pocket, same color as back fabric! SO well done. I got the legs on myself as the instructional pamphlet was very easy to understand with super easy diagrams. Thank you Modway! I am a fan!

We purchased this for our King Size bed, and it looks really nice in our bedroom. It isn't as soft/padded as our old headboard and that is why my wife said it isn't as perfect as she likes. But it is growing on her. Simple assembly and very sturdy. We are happy with it... especially for the price!

Wanted a soft headboard to rest head against while reading in bed. I realize the price of the headboard shouldn’t build much expectation, but the foam used could not be more than a half inch thick. It would barely be better than leaning against the wall. All that was noted at time of purchase was free returns in 30 days- nothing about shipping costs. If shipping would’ve been mentioned, I would not have gone through with the purchase- and I haven’t bought large items through 3rd party sellers on Amazon before. Now I have an uncomfortable headboard that cost $150 that would cost $500 to return. Two different Amazon customer service reps made it seem that I would not have to cover the return shipping, as Amazon would reimburse, but now after those conversations, that does not seem to be the case. Very poor experience all around. I learned my lesson and will never buy a large item from Amazon again.

I'm giving it 5-stars, though there was a major mistake. They send the wrong legs. The King legs are supposed to have two slots cut into the bottom allowing it to fit both California and Eastern King bed frame. The legs they sent had only one slot, which makes sense for a twin, double, or queen size bed where the sizes are fixed. But if you have California King bed, beware that they are not very consistent about sending the double cut legs. Otherwise it's a well-made product.
