I rebuilt my fuel pump assembly against the will of the State of California. I used these to connect the assembly to the actual pump, I heated them up and forced them down tightly which worked great- until summer. As soon as the weather got warm, my car died in traffic, I thought it was something totally unrelated, chased the issue for a few days, finally realized one of these had slipped off. This is not the fault of the product or manufacturer. Despite how tight it was on there, it got softer during summer heat. I added some aircraft style hose clamps, and they have not budged since. So if you get these and have to soften them to slip them on, that might be okay for cooler climates, but not warmer ones, definitely add hose clamps.

After dozens of auto parts stores and hose suppliers told me they had no idea what a submersible, corrugated fuel line was, I took to Amazon. Came fast and worked beautifully. The ends are non malleable so they need to be heated and expanded to shrink on your fittin nipples. Boiling doesn’t work.
