STICKERS NEED GOOD EXPOSURE TO THE INDOOR TUBE LIGHT TO GLOW IN THE DARK. BUT THE ONES NEAR THE LIGHT SHINE VERY BRIGHTLY ONCE THE LIGHTS ARE OFF.
