I wanted to like these, but they are completely not useful, very very thick, they get warm very quickly, and not comfortable at all.

It cold the area and make it easy for me to maintain the pain! But the only problem I had with is that the size is soooo big so I only can wear it while sleeping وايد مريحه وتخفف من الألم بعد الربى بس مشكلتها حجمها واايد كبير فيعني ماتنفع الا اذا بتقعدين فمكان ومابتتحركين لمده طويله او وقت النوم
