I use it with my Fuji XT-3 which is not the heavies camera. Anyway, I decided to go for the 5K version as I prefer quality and long lasting equipment. Now, after one year of slightly usage, the connection between the Arca mount adapter and the ball got loose. Unfortunately during my vacation. Back home I dismantled it and found the screw was too long as the aluminium set itself after a year. I removed half a millimetre of the screw and screwed it back and the problem seems solved now. Not a good performance for the best in market. Also if I use my biggest lens (2,5 kg including camera) the tripod is simply to weak to hold it properly and I mounted it well balanced! It still does it’s job with light lenses but I am disappointed from the promises made by Joby… up to 5kg

He tenido varios gorillapod según el tamaño de mis cámaras a lo largo del tiempo, el de 1kg, el de 3kg, y este de 5kg. Si bien el de 3kg aguanta perfectamente una cámara DSLR/mirrorless con un objetivo no demasiado pesado, si eres de grabar vídeos o usar el trípode en lugares no demasiado estables o con mucho viento, mejor ir a lo seguro y optar por el de 5kg.Es bastante más pesado que el de 3kg, pero también mucho más robusto y además con posibilidad de girar tanto en horizontal como en vertical. Personalmente me transmite más confianza que el de 3kg, pero ten en cuenta que es mucho más pesado y voluminoso para viajar o llevar en la mochila.
