Worth the money for what it's designed to do.
Very cool little gadget for your time-lapsing needs. It's not extravagant, very basic but gets the job done. I can' wait to take it to the beach. I love the fact that it attaches perfectly to my tripod and my Iphone 6s+ snaps on to the camera holder. I think its worth the price. Very sleek looking. The 2 things i notice is 1. only pans to the left, but if you set it up somehow to where it's upside down you can have your video pan to the right. Otherwise it only pans left. The only other thing to know is it sounds like a kitchen egg timer. I love it and may end up getting another one as a gift for my friend.

Good for the price.
It's a nice addition to your video trickery. Up to 120 min panoramic time-lapse. The piece is very simple, no batteries, no electronics. Just rotate its head, and it works like a clock - including the tic-tac sound - slowly turning itself on the opposite direction. Put your camera on top of it. And that's all. Of course you need a time-lapse enabled camera, or a time-lapse shutter release controller (I needed one for my Sony A7III - and my a6500 has it on an app). You can also just let your camera recording a video to the maximum possible time as well, but this might not work on all situations. There are more expensive and complex options out there, but I was looking for something cheap and simple. This one is as simple as it gets. Beware that time-lapses are not as straightforward as one may think. Most of those requires planning and post-processing, be the source one photo per second or an accelerated long video. Anyways the results are usually impressive and we can have a glimpse on the engines of nature and the universe.

wonderful product! anyone looking for one be assured that you will be happy camper!
sorry it's taken me awhile to post my review.... because i was out playing/filming with it. ha ha hajust love the movo panaromic timer. recvd. it well packaged in a timely manner. very solid device. i have made several awsome pics and videos. its added in all new depth in my time lapse projects. i'm giddy even. my interaction with movo has been great. they contacted me a few days after i got it to make sure i got it and was happy with it. anyone looking for one be assured that you will be happy camper!and thank you again Jason! [Jason, Movo Photo Customer Care]note: PLEASE BE SURE YOUR BUYING THE CORRECT ONE YOU NEED.I have seen a few poor reviews of this product.I sum most of those up to people who have not used such a device and bought the wrong kind..This is a manual mech. timer for use as such. It isn't ment to hold some big heavy camera.Since it is a manual mech. windup type, it does make a ticking sound & it has weight limitations. If you have a need for one to hold more weight & is silent you need to be looking for an electric one. Those run $50. or more.

decent for the money.
Okay, Here is my honest review. The quick and e attasy:Pros: Cheap, Works, Simple to figure out, Nice Rotation for what I am using it for.Cons : Loud, Bell goes off before the timer is up, crooked. The Long. This thing is dead simple to use. I bought it to use with my Garmin Virb Ultra 30. Screw on the "Action Camera Adapter" attach the Camera twist it like an Egg Timer. Sit it down, turn on the Camera. Legit. That's it... Works well, works simple. However when I got the Unit they put the "Cell Phone Adapter" on the timer, in a "clamping" format. Which pulled one side of the timer together, and instead of getting a smooth round motion you get a slightly lopsided rotation. Which isn't that big of deal when there is not point of focus to measure against. However when you do have a point of focus you can see it move up and down over the course of the pan....

Get'cha one just to try out!
I have been thinking of getting something to make smoother panos and timelapse shots. The great price led me to just jump in and test the waters. Yes, it's like a loud glorified egg timer but it came unboxed, ready to go. I use my iphone 6s with the cradle provided. It worked like a charm. So now while I'm using my DSLR for shooting pics, I use the MOVO at the same time. It's a fun lil inexpensive piece of automatic mechanical fun. Would I trust my DSLR to rest upon it, probably not unless on a low, tabletop tripod perhaps and I'm right there by it.

Fun little gizmo
Does what it says and great price. It's a basically a rotating egg timer. The clicking noise isn't very loud but camera's mic will pick it up if you're shooting video. Doesn't support a lot of weight when put at an angle. I used it with my Canon 70D and 55-250mm lens and I couldn't point it at the sky at too much of an angle because the combined weight of the camera and lens would stop it from rotating.

Bulky
Works as expected, but only turns one way, sometimes I need something that will rotate on the other direction and this item will not do that, bigger than expected a little too bulky, other than that works great
