I’ve been using Sinol Headache Relief Spray for a few weeks now and honestly, I’m impressed. It works fast, within a few minutes I feel my headache easing up, especially with sinus or tension headaches. The spray does have a bit of a burning sensation at first, but it goes away quickly and is totally worth it for the relief. I also like that it's natural and doesn’t make me drowsy or groggy like some pain meds. I’ve used it a few times a day when needed, and it hasn’t caused any issues. Definitely planning to keep a bottle on hand. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a non-pill option for headaches!

I have a pretty strong love/hate with this. I have chronic daily migraines, so I’ve tried a lot of things over the years. This is one of two natural products that have changed my life since discovering them (the other is Mycratine, which I also very highly recommend). The reason I love this is that it does relieve me of some of my very worst migraines, the ones that my medication can’t even touch. The reason I hate this is because for about 10-30 seconds after using this nasal spray, the pain it causes is so savage that I have to have my husband rub my back and then hug me. It hurts like hell. Actual hell in your nasal passages. But when that hellstorm in your face passes, your migraine probably will, too. I do not use this daily. I use this on the very worst of my migraines only, because those 10-30 seconds are harsh and almost feel violent. You are, after all, spraying liquid cayenne pepper into the delicate inside your face. But it does work. Like on those migraines that last for days and days and make you want to drill into your own skull to relieve the pressure? This relieves THOSE. It’s like a horrible miracle. If you suffer from migraines give this a try, and know that it’s gonna be awful for a little little while, but that you will feel better soon. *It also takes some practice getting the angle right with this. I find myself not getting it all the way up my nasal passage sometimes because I know it’s gonna hurt, BUT if you get to all the way up there it hurts less, because you get it into you sinus cavity and not as much on your delicate nasal lining.

This product used to deliver a burning punch to my sinuses that would knock out a migraine. Lately the bottles seem to have water, not capsaicin. They are completely ineffective with helping my pain.

I love this product. I've suffered with chronic migraine for many years, mostly associated with sleep apnea. The deeper and longer I sleep, the worse my pain upon waking. CPAP machines have less than 50% success in treating sleep apnea, besides being uncomfortable and causing upper respiratory infections. I have a persistent stuffy nose/sinus problems which, upon entering a deep state of sleep, creates a vacuum effect downstream in my throat which causes my tongue to fall back more often, causing frequent arousals, and poor sleep quality. This causes muscle tension and tightening in my head and neck, and chronic morning migraine, which I usually treat with Maxalt. I've found a little relief using saline nasal spray, humidifiers, and neti pots, but since using this product as a preventative, my headaches have become much less frequent. I use Sinol M Headache Nasal Spray at bedtime, and it completely opens my sinuses so that I can breathe easily through my nose. Like other commenters here, I also use this product after I get a migraine, but I find it to be much less effective in stopping a migraine once the syndrome has started. I also use daily magnesium supplements for muscle cramps. Overall, my migraine frequency has been reduced by more than 75%, using this product, so I'll continue to buy it.

Decent product overall. I purchased this product to help relieve the pain from my cluster headaches. It's really hard to tell if it had much of an affect during an episode, but it seemed to help some if used just as you feel a headache coming on. I would recommend it for lesser type headaches & It's worth trying if you're suffering from clusters or migraines.

I felt like a dead woman until i bought this the other day. I have been suffering with SEVERE and i do mean SEVERE Migranes OMG! Totally handicapping my life. Just Horrendous! Popping OTC pills like they are not gonna make them anymore. I am bearing witness as i set here writing this now. THIS WORKS!!! THIS IS A MIRACLE!! 5,000 Stars..!!!! I haven't been without this product for years. It helps with migraine headaches and a stuffy nose. It's not addictive like some over the counter nose sprays.
