THIS IS GREAT. i've told all my friends and family to get this. the towel steamer works so well and the towel is so hot. i love turning it on during my shower and steaming my face after prior to skin care. cleaned up my skin very well, almost glass. the scrapers and tools it comes with works well. make sure to steam it and clean it prior to use. long 30 min usage time on steam.

Great operation! Some might think this unit does not put out much steam. They would be very wrong. It puts out plenty! It is a much finer mist than you get from boiling water on the stove so it doesn’t show up as much but it is there and gets into your pores easily. The steam rises at least 3 feet high. Put your face about 2 feet higher than the unit and slowly lower into the mist so you don’t get too hot. I have not used the towel heat option or the humidifier setting. It has an automatic cut off when the water level gets too low. Use only distilled water or you might eventually have trouble keeping its fine mist working.

I purchased this steamer to use as a facial steamer with the hope that it would help alleviate the dryness in my sinuses during winter as well as providing some humidity in an average size bedroom. It is adequate as a facial steamer, but found I needed to use a towel over my head to capture the steam to breathe it in because you cannot get too close to it as it will be way too hot. It’s nice just as a facial steamer, but didn’t help significantly with my dry sinuses. It was useless at providing any amount of humidity in a room when used as a humidifier, even when placed on nightstand next to bed. The water runs out in about an hour, but the machine still stays on. Who is going to want to refill water every hour while trying to sleep?-Or wake up just to turn it off? I would not have made this purchase knowing its limitations. You can get a good steaming facial by putting your head over a pot of simmering water and save yourself $40 and the space to store it.

This face steamer works for me. My skin is very sensitive so I have to be careful of products I use on my face, but this steamer is the best part of my skincare routine, it hydrates my skins nicely and gives it a glowing look. Also, I love how it opens my pores and makes it very easy to extract blackheads. This product is also durable because I bought this product about over two years now or about two years and it’s still working and looking brand new because I clean it after every use. This steamer is easy to use once the instructions are followed. I noticed that smell is not a concern, concerning this item.

It's good but the seller doesn't mention that is only work with 110v electric, take a look of your electric voltage before you buy this product, otherwise you should buy transformer for it, it's mean you will pay extra for this product to use it.
