?my ear canals are "quiet" small (female) for some ear plug to be used.I tried about three brands:but always was waking up during my sleep from pain?

Would these work for a concert for kids 3 & 6 so it isn't too loud? If not any recommendations

Are these the same as the white-ish ones?

They seem to be to me, but are smaller. I had to break the larger ones up but I may have smaller ears? I like these better as they fit my ears perfectly.
