Will this fit on my royal enfield Int 650?

Too narrow. They won’t clear the upper triple tree. Can not be used for cafe style. And don’t buy the suggested “ kit”. The grips won’t fit the handlebars.

Is it predrilled holes for the wiring?

No you will have to drill the holes you might need.

Do this handlebars fit a 2003 Harley sportster 1200cc?

Harleys are 1 in bars so unless you change the risers to fit 7/8 I dont think so

will this fit a 2009 Triumph Boneville SE?

I think so. I recently saw the Bonnie SE has 7/8" bars so these should work in that regard. Maybe other issues like tank clearance or something though. Idk.
