Good features, good material quality but Wifi Bridge drops every day (fixed)
This product has a nice balance between features and cost.PRO:- Quality materials (feel heavy and sturdy)- Easy installation. Installation steps can be found on youtube or in their Eufy Security app- App installation, connecting to the lock and Wifi bridge is straight forward- Can track who enters base on usage of their unique code.Cons:- Wifi bridge went going offline everyday (blinking red) with no apparent reason. No way to reset other than plug and unplug, which completely defeat the purpose.- Smart lock also shows off-line as a result - but apparently still response via BT. (only if one is in close proximity)- I moved the Wifi bridge to 2-3 different AC outlets in different locations and it did not make any differenceEdit:Eufy reached out, replaced the the Wifi Bridge. All is good. Thank you for that.

Reliable, Well built
Physical installation was easy, for some reason I just didn't understand that the bridge needs to be installed first for smooth set up. Other than that, I can unlock the door via keypad, key, Alexa, or app from anywhere. I took a chance on a brand I never heard of, and glad of it. So much so that I've purchased anothe Eufy product... Solo Indoorcam P24, to replace our Amazon Cloud Cam, which will stop working on Dec. 2nd, 2022.

Amazing product and customer service!
This smart lock is so cool! I didn’t know if I wanted to get the wifi bridge one or just the normal one and if it was worth the price difference. When I talked to Britney on the Eufy customer service line about another product I also asked her about the functionality of the smart lock versus the wifi bridge one. She explained everything beautifully and made everything make so much more sense to someone who didn’t know much about electronics. She was patient with me and answered all my questions in a way i could understand. I will definitely call in and ask any more questions about the product because their customer service was outstanding!

Good product with minor issues
In general I think it is good, but let’s tell the whole story:1. Installation was easy2, functionally speaking, works good except for the fingers read system, sometimes we have to try several times.3. WiFi connection ok4. Connection was failing the the first day, but second day I finally integrated with AlexaNow I purchased my second smart lock and working well both and having the exactly the same issues but like I said, the good stuff is better than the bad stuff. I recommended

Twist deadbolt mechanism to get correct size
The deadbolt included was too short before we figured out how to change from the 2 3/8 as delivered to 2 3/4 as we needed. It functioned with the old mechanism except we had trouble getting it calibrated to use with the app, because the old deadbolt somehow kept sticking just enough that the automated mechanism thought it was jammed. Only when I went to lubricate the old lock did I discover that the deadbolt mechanism is adjustable. Arrows on the Eufy deadbolt indicated how to twist it to adjust the size.

Happy Customer, Want More!
The install was FANTASTIC. Easiest lock, best instructions, best packaging ever. Loved it! Wish I could buy the security cameras just based off that. We have only had it for a week or so, and we love it. The locking mechanism seems a little slow. I wish I could just push lock and it would lock, but you have to hold it down. My husband has the app on his phone and we haven’t mastered how to get it on my phone too. Other than those two hang ups, I really like the lock. We didn’t get fingerprint one.

Not the easiest install, but I feel extremely confident in its capability
I have a newer front door, but I had to Dremel out a bigger hole for the lock and in the door frame for the strike plates. It took several hours to to the prep work, but it's worth it. The lock is heavy and well made. I installed both strike plates for added security. The set up via the wifi bridge was a little tricky, but I did finally get it set up. I would recommend this to people wanting a secure smart lock in their house.

Perfect lock for me
I love the fingerprint feature. You can also set the lock to auto-lock when closed. I don’t have to carry anything with me when I step out for a quick errand. And I don’t need to key in any passcode. So convenient! I had also set up temporary passcode for my guests. Been using it for more than a month and it’s been very reliable. Love!

Good one just no fingerprint
If you look for a smart lock with fingerprint recognition, don’t buy it. Other than that, it’s very easy to install and the app connection is perfect. Another one to complain is the WiFi bridge supports 1 lock only. If you have two locks then you need two bridges

Make sure you carry the key!
Within 30 days the locked failed without warning. Not a battery or connectivity issue, the unit simply stopped working. After hours with customer service they determined that the lock should be replaced but wouldn't help since it was purchased through a 3rd party seller, which is the only option when buying Eufy in Canada. For the amount this product costs I expected better performance and service.
