I used these Scotch Extreme Mounting Strips on both painted walls inside and the smooth siding outside my house to hang lightweight decorations, and they worked exactly as advertised.Pros:• Super Strong Hold: Everything stayed securely in place—even on a very windy day. Amazing!! Just used these to hand some solar lights (lightweight) on stucco exterior and they have held now for over a week. So.. I used this tape to hang some security solar lights as well, and they are much heavier. It's been two days and they have held up. I can't even believe it.. highly recommend. I will update once I get some wet weather but I live in a higher altitude dryer climate with wind..so we will see.

Very secure adhesive tape. Used it to hang an outdoor sign to our vinyl gate.

Works good on certain things, but not as good as I hoped it would be

Easy to use and strong

Very disappointed. I used this “extreme”, outdoor-rated adhesive product to stick up some outdoor lights on smooth, clean surfaces. Each light weighed less than 5lb. This adhesive product advertises it can hold 15lb. Nope. I found my outdoor plastic lights on the ground like 8hrs later.

Didn’t hold well outside even though it’s marketed to be good outdoors. If used, best for indoors.

Used to hold up a shower caddy on a metal locker door. Has been working nicely!
