Vintiquewise(TM Old-Fashioned Small Suitcase/Decorative Box with Straps

I bought this box to hold a friendship necklace and some other goodies and sent it off as a surprise gift for a faraway friend; a 'no matter where we are, we're always together' themed gift and it's perfect! The box came quickly and was wrapped in plastic to protect the wood finish - no scratches, dents or stains. I'm not sure why some customers are complaining about some of the boxes coming in damaged but mine arrived in good shape. This is a box that you would expect to find in a store like Pier 1 Imports, if that helps give you an idea of the style. I just love the design of this box; it's simple and has a classic feel to it. It's perfect for housing photographs or keepsakes from your travels.

I got this as part of a gift for my Maid of Honor to ask her; it was a Newt's Trunk substitute with one of the creatures inside of it. Honestly, this little trunk is amazing! It's so well-done, a perfect little size, the clasps are great, and the whole thing is super cute. It was great for the price!

I really don't write reviews but I decided to for this. I purchased this Used but Good Condition so it was about $14. My plan is to use it for snacks at work. It fits 6-2oz rectangle containers with room on top for a few small pre-packaged snacks. When it arrived, it was slightly dull in red wood color and a little dirty on the edges. There was a crack and broken piece in the wood. I don't know when that happened but with a little cleaning and some Modpodge sealer, it looks brighter and new. It does bleed red when applying wet to it. The sealer helped fix that. The latches are decent for my taste. It has a vintage type look to it. I am very excited to use this for lunch and maybe even a clutch bag for nights out! It definitely fits my phone(Samsung23Ult), pad/tampons, pens, small lotion/hand sanitizer, lip gloss, and probably a few other things. I plan on adding something inside to secure pens and a fork/spoon for my lunch. If you want a unique bag small things or to use this as a decoration for small things, its a win purchase!

This item is terrible and definitely not worth the money. First, the material and "craftmenship" is awful. Next, the item is super tiny. I was hoping to use it for cards for my upcoming wedding but not sure even a small card would fit. Definitely disappointed and would not recommend.

Bought this item to recreate the carry potter trunks as I was gifting a Harry Potter themed present. It was perfect and looked vintage

It's smaller than what I expected, but it's my own fault. I bought this for a card depository at a wedding. It would be fine for smaller cards, but not larger ones. Also, it wouldn't hold very many smaller cards. The measurements are clearly stated (and I knew it would be on the small side, which is what I was looking for) I just didn't appreciate how small that would be. I should have investigated better.

It is the size of 2 decks of cards, be aware of what your ordering. I can use them for small storage and I like the look but a bit disappointing.

I used this suitcase as a way to "gift" a trip to Mexico. I put a couple trinkets inside with a calendar and wrapped it up with a card - and now it will make a sweet keepsake of our trip! Very sturdy and durable, the clasps work without any problem, and there are a million uses for it.

I received these cases and put them on top of my wardrobe they look great they do look old and that is what I wanted they were value for money and the correct size
