I had to repair a tear in a oil painting. The rod on a door tore a 4" hole in the painting. For years I had kept this piece of art I created, knowing that I would repair it some day. 20 years of working on composites later the time had come. I needed this cloth to draw down a patch on the back of the painting that would hold and not ruin the damaged painting. The breather cloth worked, and helped seal and repair the painting.

THis worked just fine. It did glue itself to the item being glued and vacuum clamped that left some fiberglass fuzz but not hard to deal with.

This is a pretty good cloth, we are impressed with the final product. Easy to use. We do wish it was either a bit cheaper or you received more with the order.

Fibre Glast is a reliable brand, and their breather bleeder cloth lives up to expectations. While it may come in a small quantity of just one yard, it is perfect for small projects. With a price of $14, it is not the cheapest option available. However, I still believe it deserves a five-star rating as this is made clear beforehand. The convenience of being able to order such a product from Amazon, especially in small quantities, without having to purchase a whole roll is definitely a plus. It is worth noting that this product maintains the high-quality standards expected from products made in the USA. In conclusion, I highly recommend this product from Fiberglass. Five stars for a good product.

Much better than makeshift cheesecloth or felt options. Glad I've tried this and will likely pick up more if I have other small carbon parts that need bagging.

I’ve been using fibre glast products for decades. They are consistently good and drama free. This breather cloth is the stuff you pack in the bag (along with the resin and fiber glass / carbon fiber) so that you can pump down the whole thing and get the air and bubbles out. There are lots of videos out there showing how to use it – and it does work. It’s all the better getting a great deal on it. Made my day.On unpacking... yup. Fibre glast breather cloth. Great product which helps resin to flow in the composite infusion process. The breather cloth is made out of quality material which helps collect excess resin. This cloth also contributes to a professional surface finish.

Standard cotton batting that allows air to escape during vacuum bagging and forming of epoxy fiberglass, or carbon fiber parts. Good value for the money.
