Stopped working within 3 months
Purchased on July 21 stopped working on October 14. Worked less than 3 months ..

Works well
Been using it for couple of months. So far so good. Decent cord length, but still would need to replug it to different power outlets as you mop or get a long extension cord. Water container capacity is a tad bit low, so keep a refill container close by.

Good product
It does the job great just the wire is very short so have to keep unplugging and re-plugging into another socket. Would be 5 starts if the wire was longer!
