Did you ever wonder why people buy the knockoffs? Then check this out. I had purchased this StoneStream showerhead/handheld system to replace the knockoff I had for over a year or so. After a week the handheld part broke at the base and the rocks are now all over my shower. It wasn't on. It was just sitting in the base. It just snapped in the middle of the night and I woke to take a shower and - poof! Broken. Save your money buy the knockoffs. They're cheaper and apparently they last longer. I want to send it back but then I'll have no shower head.

Makes the water so much softer on my hair and skin! Noticed a difference after just 1 shower!Only con is I wish the hose was slightly longer as it’s just too short to reach low in the tub to wash my small dog with the handheld hose.

Installing this system was a breeze. I ended up not actually needing the entire kit due to my own fault but it was nice to have a new holder/diverter after so many years so I just went ahead and put it all up. The water pressure out of this showerhead is great right now. I don't know if I can say that the water itself is a vast improvement, but I've only been using this for about a week. I do think my hair seems less weighed down but that might just be because the water pressure is better to get all the conditioner our as my hair is very long and can be difficult to rinse completely. I really like that the shower has a stop button because if I need to grab something, like more body wash, in the middle of the shower I can just pause it without having to worry about getting water outside of the shower. There are three different settings for the spray but I like the combo best myself.

**Update**I contacted StoneStream and reported the defect with the showerhead. Customer Support was extremely responsive and had a new order out to me within 2 days, no questions asked. I am happy with the resolution and the company was very easy to work with. I have increased this review to 4 stars based on their customer service.Upon receiving this showerhead, I was impressed with the soft feel and purity of the water as well as the drastic increase in water pressure. I give this product 5 Stars in these two categories. However, neither of these mean a thing when the showerhead springs a leak after less than a month of usage. This product is lightweight but also very cheaply made!! I believe the cheap plastic and poor manufacturing of this product will not stand the test of time. Would not recommend as there are plenty of other products similar to this one.

Love it!This shower head upgraded my water pressure and the water filter makes the water so nice it leaves my hair and my wife’s hair feeling great after a shower. It seems to really neutralize the minerals/calcium in it and soften the water. Feels like a spa every time :)

I LOVE this shower head. The kids saw it on a til tok video and begged me to buy a cheap version they saw at Walmart. I said no and did some research and found this one with the replaceable filter balls. I’ve only used the setting that’s like a misty spring rain so far since I just installed it this morning. I’m a huge fan already. This shower head is also water saving and I have another water saving feature in my pipe so I’m happy I’m using less water and there’s still water pressure. Easy to install I. I was really looking forward to this showrhead from what I had seen on social media. Turns out to be junk. First, I must say that I am beyond pleased with the pressure output this has created for my shower. our well doesn't push out much and this has improved drastically. At times i do notice the water doesn't mix consistently within the head and may become too hot or cold than what it was set to.. However, the materials the showerhead is made out of are super cheap, mostly poor quality plastic. The hose had already stretched and separated. The connections are all plastic and leak at multiple points. If this was made with quality workmanship I would definitely pay the difference. So hard to rate since I really love the pressure change we have had but don't think it will last much longer. Dont expect this product to last over a month.

I love taking long hot showers, so this is just perfect for me! The stream sprays out water very gently and almost feels like a mist, without compromising on good pressure (don’t know how they do it!). It feels soooo nice and calming. There are 3 different strengths, and a stop button which is super useful when wanting to pause for a second without the need to re-adjust the water temperature (and of course, saves water).It seems to be high quality and looks great in our shower too.Highly recommended!

I have been using these for a few months now and unfortunately they don't make any difference to the hardness of the water which is a shame as the showerhead is really good.

I was under the impression this would be enough to replace the original showery stones but it’s not and for £9.99. I was very disappointed.
