This belt is way better than the previous one I purchased. Supports my back and under my belly. The adjustable straps never stay put though so that's my only downfall unless I make them uncomfortably tight. I'm carrying a 7 - 8 lb baby at 36 weeks so if you need real support I suggest this belt.

Sometimes I think this brace helps with pain and pressure on growing belly sometimes not. I wear it when I’m going walking for a long ways or more vigorous work out. The belly band needs to be wider because the back brace part of it needs Velcro to attach and it often doesn’t line up and I have to fold it. I’ve had it snag several shirts.Washed a few times and seems to be less effective - belt rolls shrinks - with each wash

Helped when my ligaments started to soften around 4 months pregnant and noticed it was hard to stand up straight at work.Wear on and off definitely a life savor.Suspenders get lose frequently which is kinda annoying but it's helpful.

The confort for this is so good, I love it 😻 only need to se you’re right sizes and it’s gonna be incredible for you back and u for the last month is gonna be a helpful thing. The material is good to. Looks like the photo.

I would not recommend this product at all. I'm pregnant and need a belly band, but this was not a winner. It is extremely uncomfortable and ineffective. After I bought this I went into buy buy baby to try on other belly bands and they felt really good, not like this one. So by comparison I know that this one is not good. I returned it, and I want to warn other mamas before they waste money and time on this. The fabric does not feel good against your skin. When you sit, it folds weird and stays bent which makes it less effective. Even though I bought a size bigger according to their size chart, it was very tight and extremely uncomfortable. I tried to put it looser and it was too loose to be effective, when it was tight enough to work it hurt. Same with the suspender part, either too loose to be effective or too tight to be comfortable, there's no in between.

Week 3 of wearing this to work four 4 days each week and my back doesn’t hurt as much. I ship heavy tools and work 9 hour shifts on my feet mostly. 6 months pregnant and able to work thanks to this. Kind of confusing to assemble but it comes with instructions. I would get a “Large” if you’re 6 months pregnant.

I work a very physical job in the medical field and this belt saved me. I have used other pregnancy belts and they work but not nearly as well as this one this one helps support the weight of your belly. I wish I have gotten it sooner in my pregnancy. By the way this was my fifth pregnancy I wish I had it for every single one.
