Fabulous for beef and barley soup. It tasted great.

My daughter really like the taste of this type of rice. Will purchase it again.

I have always loved barley as a child in soups and, shamefully, have to order it as you can't find this at your local supermarkets, unless it is a Whole Foods or MOMS.Now that I have a bunch, I gave a few to my mother and I have the rest. If I don't really feel like cooking, I always keep some in my fridge and perhaps do a quick stir fry of veggies and sometimes add meat.Love this product!!

I made a barley salad....yummmm

I have had trouble finding barley in the grocery store. Was glad to find this on Amazon, and it cooks up very well in my soup.

Was expecting a little bigger package lol its the right amount as for weight but at first look bit too small hopefully will taste good
