I recently bought this wall steamer as I need to strip off the wallpaper in my Kitchen and living room.It was delivered on the late evening off Saturday 16th December 2023. I got it up and running that night.The Wallpaper steamer also came with a scraper and a Mini Steam pad aswell as the main steam pad.The results are good , very good. I have now scraped the wallpaper from my kitchen wall which was had 2 layers of wallpaper on it. The scrpaer that came with the steamer is better than the one I already had.the handle has 3 grips to make it easier to scrap and safer. The size of the Scraper is jsut right. I had half the wallpaper off in no time, and the next day OI finished scraping the wallpaper from the kitchen wall.The Steamer produces steam brilliantly. A good weight which makes it easier to carry even when filled with water. 12-20 mins to steam up, and it's worth the wait. The quality of this product is top quality and the Regional retail Price is a bargain.It's a must have for decorating and Re-Decorating.. You must buy this Steamer.

Really happy, bought the stripper to take down a papered feature wall. Worked a treat, did it in record time. Very easy to set up and use.

Bought this as it was one of the cheaper models in the market with good reviews. Does it's job with no frills. Found it easy to use and did the wallpaper no problem. Bit of a pain to drain after though and it's really hard to tell when the water meets the max level line - the tank is frosted making it hard to see where the water is at. Otherwise no issues and worked fine.

Having used others in the past. This machine is brilliant. I used it on old wood chip paper and came off a treat. It takes approximately 12 mins for the generator to heat then when used I would steam the area for 3-4 mins, if you want a clean strip ie without leaving bits behind, makes the clean up operation a lot easier.Buy a decent tool to use with it, stripper type with blade, then no digging into your walls when it comes to prep, less time filling and sanding! Only downside there is no on/off button for during use, so you have to switch off via the plug, then wait for about 5-8 mins for it to start steaming again, unless plugging back in straight away.

Excellent product , easily removed old hard wood chip paper. Easy to use and no issues

Had a hard time removing the wallpaper with the layer of paint over it previously done by the old homeowner.I couldn't do it manually so I bought this and hoped that it would work and it came off really easily really fast. Just had to clean up the whole mess and the money was quite worth it.

My wife and I were wanting to save some money on the decorating and decided to do it ourselves. Being over 70 I was wanting a good wallpaper stripper that was easy to use. This fitted the bill - lightweight and good performance - even on a wall with paper going back over 100 years.

After peeling the painted blown vinyl off our lounge walls we used the Wagner SteamForce Plus to remove the backing paper. It exceeded my expectations as I didn't have to refill it as often as I expected and it was a dream to use. My only areas of concern are around the hose connection to the tank and to the steaming plate. The connections don't fill me with confidence and I took extra care whilst using the machine. That said Wagner offer a 3year+1year warranty if you register your purchase within 28days. Time will tell and we have a whole house to decorate
