VIJIM VL81 Led Video Light, with Tripod and Sucker, Suitable for Video Conference, Photography Lighting

I've been doing a lot of zoom calls over the past year and wanted this little light to help out. I haven't used the suction cup yet, but I bought this light specifically because it came with a mini-tripod. That way I can move it around and use it with different devices.I put the light on an elevated surface behind my laptop and it really does the trick. The light has a warm and cool temperature, and I can adjust the brightness. It's really nice for zoom meetings after dark with people in other time zones. I can turn this light on to make the image clearer and it helps blow out some of the imperfections in my skin.

It was all great, except...it didn't work. The light on my face was too bright and uncomfortable. If I dimmed it, it might as well have been off. I didn't try it in the dark - maybe that was the trouble. I used it to brighten my visage during daylight hours, but it was useless. But that's just my experience.

My home workstation faces a corner with windows behind me, so I'm always dark on calls. This light is great, and provides cool and warm lighting to not look superficial on my calls. Very happy!

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she loved it

The USB-to-Type C power cord connector that comes with it is just under 12 inches long. For most applications that I've tried, it's too short to reach and you'll need to use a longer cord or an extender. How many additional cents would it have cost the manufacturer to add another 1 foot of wire?Other than that, it seems fine.

Used the light for the video Calls. The stand is really good as well. The light is small in size but the output is very powerful. It definitely made the video much better!!!!

I recommend buying two, one for each side of the camera/monitor so glare on one's eye glasses is not so prominent.

This light was fine for a couple months, then it started blinking, now it won't even turn on. So now it just goes in the landfill? And Amazon customer no service won't even let me contact the seller. That is ridiculous, what a total fail.
