I just finished my 1st bottle (90 days) of this product, and I have some interesting observations. I relied on Amazon reviews when looking for a good supplement and choosing this one, so I want to give back a bit by writing my own.When I entered my 55th year I noticed some of the typical prostate issues starting to happen to me. By the time I turned 57, it became concerning. The issues I faced were 1) Getting up at night to urinate. I had never done this before, but then the occasional waking up to pee turned into two or even three times a night. 2) Having what I call a 2nd act when urinating. (sometimes even a 3rd one) By this I mean when I think I'm finished urinating... I'm really not, and a whole 2nd stream comes out. 3) Weak stream.Results so far: 1) Amazingly, within three days of taking this supplement once per day as directed, I completely stopped getting up in the middle of the night! This was incredible! In the last three months I woke up a grand total of ONCE, and that night I drank a whole bottle of water right before going to bed. In this regard this supplement is nothing short of a miracle.2) The 2nd Act has not stopped. It has improved slightly though. I never have a 3rd Act anymore, and some of the time the 2nd Act is nowhere near as long as they used to be.3) At best, my weak stream is SLIGHTLY better.Additionally, I've never really had a balding problem... just a slightly receding hairline and a very small "bald" spot in the back. I didn't take this supplement to counter either of these very slight issues, but I have to say that one unexpected benefit of taking these has been the stabilization of my hairline and the disappearance of the bald spot. In fact there has been a general thickening of my hair.It is concerning how little my stream has improved, if at all, and how my 2nd Act remains intact. But I can clearly see with my ability to sleep through the night that this stuff DOES have an effect on me. That's why I entitled this review "Incomplete but Hopeful". I'm hoping that by the time I finish my 2nd bottle, I will be able to report improvements on those fronts as well.

I really like this product. I was mainly looking for a saw palmetto product but really like all of the other benefits of this priduct as well. The ingredients mainly come from extracts which was the main reason I tried it. The ashwaganda root and shilajit seem to come through in the energy I recieve from the product as well. (I tend not to take it too late at night before bed since it may be a reason I am so alert and awake following taking it.) When I researched a few of the other more expensive products I feel like this one really holds it value and I will be purchasing again once I run out.

I had been experiencing hair loss and a small bald spot due to stress. I tried tons of serums and nothing worked until I got these.I was trying to find something with similar ingredients to Nutrafol without the price tag & stumbled upon this. Decided to give it a shot because it was affordable.It took about 4 months to notice new hair growth and tons of baby hairs.My hair then began growing like a weed and the bald spot is now completely gone.I stopped taking these for about 2 months when I ran out. I noticed I wasn’t seeing new growth, so I went back on them.I will probably have to take them forever, but the cost is affordable and worth it to me!

I have mixed feelings about using saw palmetto for urine flow. I have done a lot of research on line and there are mixed results and mixed reviews. Just to play it safe, I just ordered a second bottle and we'll see what happens. I'll just add it to the 10-15 other pills I take each morning. And the price seems to be reasonable. As soon as the price starts going up, I'll probably discontinue it.

I was having to to go almost every 15-30 minutes. getting up several times during the night, which left me very tired during the day. I would also have the stong urge to go to the restroom several times, but when I went my flow was very slow or at a dribble at most, so I would not empty my bladder. I read the reviews of several products and this one had many positive reviews with users having the same issue. So I gave it a try, after 2 days I was emptying my bladder, and sleeping through the night. I ran out of this product for about a week, and the old symthoms started to return, so I ordered 2 more bottles, and I am back to sleeping through the night and emptying my bladder every time I have to go. It may or may not work for you but it works for me, thanks.

This product works and helped me with my prostate and urine issues.
