Not sure how this is used for humans, but my vet told me to add the contents of one capsule with every pill my dog had to take for Valley Fever because it aids in the absorption of the meds. And yes, it works very well! The dog won't like the taste so you'll have to use something strong to cover it, like peanut butter, a spoon of stinky canned salmon, or the like.

I won’t take a statin for high cholesterol, so believe or not my Doctor suggested this as an alternative. Have just started this but no stomach problems, will have a test in two months to see if it has lower the cholesterol and how my blood pressure is. The price on this was excellent
