This is what it claims to be and better than nothing. But, for the price difference, buy the Crain. It is the exact same product but with a better grip feel than the Draper. Everything else is exactly the same at a far better price. I've bought 2 of the Crains to use with our crew and one of the Draper. I will buy the Crain from now on.

So bummed by this "heavy duty" staple remover that is supposed to remove heavy gauge staples...it does not...and it bent within the first 10 minutes of use.
